Abstract Submission

Abstract submissions are now closed. If you would like to submit a late-breaking poster, please submit an abstract as per below and we will try to accommodate all reasonable requests.

One page abstracts can be submitted in PDF format via email to: cardiac.physiome.abstract@gmail.com. No special format is required, but please be sure to include all author names and affiliations in the PDF document.

Poster Format

If you are selected for a poster presentation you will be allocated one side of a free-standing display board.  Display board dimensions are 1.2m wide by 2.3m high.  This will comfortably fit an A0 size poster in either portrait or landscape format.  We will provide velcro stickers for your posters.

Please drop off your posters at the Registration desk at the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 8th April between 5-7pm. Alternatively, please have your poster up before 8:50am on Thursday 9th April.

Poster teaser session

There will be a poster teaser session held prior to lunch on Thursday 9th April – this will provide an opportunity to introduce your poster in 1 minute using a maximum of 1 slide. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please email cardiac.physiome.abstract@gmail.com and let us know.
