Abstract Submission
Please submit your abstract by June 1st. One page abstracts can be submitted in PDF format via email to: biobodhi@gmail.com. No special format is required, but please be sure to include all author names, the presenting author and affiliations in the document (word, ppt, and pdf etc).
Poster Format
If you are selected for a poster presentation you will be allocated one side of a free-standing display board. Display board dimensions are 0.9 m wide by 1.5 m high. We will provide velcro stickers for your posters.
Poster teaser session
There will be a poster teaser session held prior to lunch on Wednesday 24th August – this will provide an opportunity to introduce your poster in 1 minute using a maximum of 1 slide. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please email biobodhi@gmail.com and let us know.
